Hi, everyone!

 

I’ve been having in issue with black-ink printing on my printer. Yesterday, it printed just fine, but today, the text in black ink seems to print several times (if you look closely, you can see that it’s not just black streaks , but condensed text printed numerous times). The colored ink works fine.

 

I’ve tried running a print head alignment and cleaning on the HP app, but it didn’t seem to work. I’ve also updated the printer. The printer is pretty old, but we’ve not used it too much (about 2,500 pages printed in 5 years).

 

Has anyone had an issue like that and is there anything else I could do to try and solve it? Thanks in advance!
