Product: MFP175nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to copy either from the ADF or on the glass the copies come out blank. Documents are placed face down on glass and face up on ADF. I do notice that the light does not come on when the scanner is moving. Latest software and firmware are installed. Could the bulb be bad?

If the light never comes on then you have either a problem with the scanner  bulb or the controller board is bad.
