Blank page when printing from Word and Notepad

Hello

My HP DeskJet 3632 printer prints blank pages from Word and Notepad.   It prints test pages ok.

If I try to print .pdf it returns only part of the page but if I select to print it as a picture I get it allright.

This goes for more than one laptop with different OS.

I have updated drivers and uninstalled/installed the printer with no luck.

Any ideas ?

If the issue happens with different files, on different computers, running different Operating Systems, the printer may need attention.
