Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am having a problem with blue dots printing all over my printed page. It started just as equally spaced vertical dots about one inch apart the entire length of the document, and then slowly over time has creeped over to the entire page. I have tried cleaning the printer in settings multiple times, I have replaced my cyan ink and every other ink for that matter twice or more. I ONLY use the genuine ink assigned for the printer.  The printer is only a couple years old and was expensive! HELP!

HP Recommended

In 99% of cases this will be a bad cyan cartridge. If this is an OEM HP and has not reached very low status, defects are covered by HP Cartridge warranty. If 3rd party, contact your vendor or replace.
