I bought a refurbished Color laser printer that was supposed to come with a 2 year warranty.  I am getting errors trying to install the drivers using Easy Start. HP insists the warranty is expired. There is no "dispute this" button on the warranty check page for this product. The AI is useless at getting information about how to correct this. How do I correct this situation? I need to figure this out quickly or I'll have to return the printer within the retail return period.
