Do you have the installation instructions for the paper pickup rollers included with the CE249 transfer kit in electronic format? The diagrams in the booklet that accompanies the unit do not show how to remove and replace these rollers clearly.

Hope this instruction from service manual will help. Examine new roller and tab you need to press prior to removal old roller. It is possible that you need to use a little force in direction of arrows as shown in the photo.
