CLJ M880
Other

On a CLJ M880 I am getting the 10.00.91 black and cyan motor stall error. Reseated the drums and cartridges. Verified that the toners are not low. Verified the toner gates on the drums and cartridges. Swaped drums and cartridges from another printer. Replaced the drums and cartridges. Replaced the cartridge interface PCA. Part number: A2W79-67902. Replaced Assembly, memory tag (also called cartridge drive PCA) PCA RM2-7009-000CN, then black/cyan Print cartridge drive assembly A2W75-67910. Still the same. I did run all the component tests successfully several times.

After rebooting the system, with some more luck after doing some component tests, sometimes it will print 1, 2 or 3 pages. Once I got it to print about fifty. But it's random miss or luck. I am getting short of ideas (still have 1 or 2) and could use imput here. Thx

Can you swap motors YM with CK if they are the same?

It could be a DC controller board that is giving you trouble.

Motors have been tested succesfully, AND replaced. Only thing I can think of indeed is DC controller. I need to verify in the schematics if black & cyan are fed by the same section as the magenta & yellow.
