Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a problem with drivers for my printer. I change my computer so i also have the newest win. When i had computer with win 7 i dont have any problems with printing or scanning. I trier almost everything, i downloaded the newest/latest drivers for windows 10 64 bit. I hear a sound when connect the device, but it doesnt comunicate with computer. during the installation pops up an error and the program does not detect the printer. I dont know what i should do.

Windows 10 does not support CM1312nfi MFP scanning or faxing functions, however, HP has a Capture and Scan App in Windows 10 that can be downloaded and works very well. HP has just created a driver for faxing with the CM1312nfi MFP, this can be downloaded via the HP site. Hope this help.
