Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print anything with colour from the computer or from the internet, the colours don't line up. Meaning it will print blue, then yellow but off by a mm, then magenta off by another mm. How can this issue be fixed. I use it for floor plans and 3Ds and require crisp clean pictures.

Just figured it out. Do not purchase no name cartridges for the printer.the 2 colours that are causing the issue.the 2 colours that are causing the issue.

As you can see from these 2 pictures, it looks like the yellow and blue are the ones that are off.
