Product: HP LaserJet Printer CP1515n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded firmware update from HP Site and apply it. The printer download the firmware and show "Erasing..." On screen and the loading bar stops to fulfill. 

All option to control the printer are disabled. After I turn off power, the display change to "Firmware corrupted.

Ready to download."

I can not do anything more than restart the uploading process of firmware to the printer, but the problem starts again.

How to fix this?

HP Recommended

Try to re-send firmware through USB port and hope it'll works or you need to replace the formatter.

Thank You for Your response. 

I tried to send firmware via USB port many times. It download the file, start update and stuck on erasing... It is repeatable. 

I will try the format methods and get back here ASAP.
