CSR parts

I am working on a LaserJet 500 Color M551, I know this unit is in need of a Pickup motor assembly (M13). Is this under the CSR part replacement or does a HP technician need to replace this unit?

Any item at requires the removal of more than a couple of screws will never be CSR. That said, CSR Part designation would only be applicable to a warranty situation and unless you have a carepack it is unlikely a unit this old would have warranty.
