Laserjet Pro MFP M477FNW

I would like to know if I am able to do sublimation printing on a Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477FNW.  If the answer is yes, would I need to use different ink versus using the current cartridges the machine is using.

I also would need instructions on how to utilize the sublimation feature for my business.

A LaserJet does not use ink, but rather dry toner. I am not an expert on sublimation but the transfer process happens at temperature levels nearly identical to the bonding process that attaches toner to paper. I believe that you would be better off looking for an inkjet printer to do this.

No, you cannot use your laser printer for dye-sublimation printing. These are 2 very different technologies. Sublimation is the act of changing from a solid straight into a gas, bypassing the liquid stage. Dye-sublimation printers typically use a thin film roll-to-roll with 4 colors (yellow, magenta, cyan and black typically), each the length of the paper size the printer is capable of. When the printer prints, the paper makes 4 separate passes, one for each color, and each color on the film is heated in the right spots to convert the dye colors on the film into a gas that permeates the paper on each pass, creating the final image. These are great for high quality photographs. I first worked on these back in the late 80's when Tektronix first came out with them.

I don't know how you could utilize sublimation in your business as you didn't say what your business is.

Here's a couple of links that may help you understand the process and what they may be used for:

I will be using it on transfer paper while using a cricut machine and heat press.

There are so many things out there now, it's hard for me to determine which would be best for you. Just do a Google search for Sublimation Printing and see what looks like it would be of interest to you, like maybe this one:
