HP LaserJet Pro M12w
iOS

Recently installed a LaserJer Pro M12w to replace a LaserJet P1102w that died of a paperjam near the fuser and can no longer be purchased.

The M12w works fine as a wireless networked printer for everything but printing documents from iOS devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.). It doesn't show up on the Print/Printer Options/Select Printer screen at all.

Is there a way or a workaround to get this printer to work on iOS devices? Thanks for any help.

Hi,

The HP Laserjet Pro M12w does not support Apple's Airprint, however you may print using the HP ePrint app as listed by the following chart:

Follow these steps to print using the HP ePrint app to your printer:

Thank you for the very quick reply.

I was afraid it would not support Apple AirPrint. Returned it for an HP LaserJet M102w which does support AirPrint along with Win 10 & Mac OS/X. Very happy now.

Thanks again!
