Can print from MS Word but not from Yahoo Mail

I can print documents when I am printing from MS Word, but when I try and print an email from Yahoo, I get an immediate error message in the printer queue.

Provide the printer model number or the product number.

Which browser are you trying to print from?

Did you try to print from a different browser like, Chrome, Firefox?

Hi Kim, someone earlier suggested trying from a different browser.  I was using Google Chrome when I had the error, so switched to Microsoft Edge and voila!  problem solved.  Hope this helps.

I can't print a Yahoo email or Gmail email from laptop or phone.  But can print from Word, Internet Explorer and Snip-It tool from laptop.  Appear to be email related
