Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

As much as I try, I cannot figure out how to add a shared network folder so that my HP Scanner / Printer can scan to my computer? I have followed other posts, but nothing has worked. I have simplified my naming conventions for the computer, my account, and the folder names in hopes this would work, but nothing has.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand you are not able to scan to the network folder.

 

Re-do the configuration. Kindly refer to the last question in the FAQ section of this document to know how to setup 'Scan to network folder' on a MAC.
