Product: Laserjet Pro M102A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2003

Hi,

 

I can't install my HP LAserjet Pro M102a on a Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server SP1 32 bit ...

I connect the printer to my computer using USB connection type

 

I had tried downloading from HP's Web, and another source, they're the same...

 

Can someone help me with this issue?

As stated, the printer you are installing is designed for a home application and therefore is not supported or recommended for any enterprise environment.

Any solution to make it work? as i bought the printer already not knowing its only for home application while i have to use it on my office server
