Connect new erro for wi fi system. The erro recognizes the printer but says it is idle. The printer was installed the Ethernet cable to erro but it will not print. Was told by erro to go to HP website to check for drivers but there are none. Tried to check if the printer has wpa2 AES-based CCMP encryption but do not know how to do this. Found in Amazon a cable with usb and Ethernet endings but do not know it is worthwhile!

  • Which device do you use to print to the printer?

Connect the printer to your router/modem using the Wireless setup wizard.
