I was printing and ran out of paper.  Then I replaced the paper and continued printing but immediately the printer jammed.  I removed the jam, a couple of pieces of paper got crumpled and did not feed, and then tried to continue.  The jam message will not clear.  I have gone over every single inch of the printer and cannot find any paper jams.  I have followed the instructions to unplug the printer, let sit, clear power, plug back into wall... still have the jam message.   I have seen messages where people are being sent private emails on how to hard reset their printer.  Could someone forward that information to me?

Thanks.

Okay, so I managed to find a youtube video about doing a factory reset.  I did that and got the "permanent storage init" message.  But I still have  "Jam in printer paper path. Open tray 2 and rear door" message.  Any thoughts anyone?
