Follow the direction.  no device found

It seems that all the installation process failed to detect the printer.   I tried HP Print and Scan Doctor, at least it was able to find the printer, but it got stuck when tyring to communicate with the printer as shown below.   I had to cancel the process after 40 minutes.  At this point, I am really running out of ideas.

It looks like an issue with the operating system on your PC. I'd suggest you completely reinstall the OS and check again.
