Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP LaserJet Pro MPF M425dn  (Windows 11 Home, v 24H2). I've now tried to install the printer/scanner four times. The installation gets stuck after twenty minutes at 99% download and shows a fatal error (it takes too long to install).
