Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

WIth my new printer i can only print PDF file and photos, but i can't print ODT (open office)  and WORD files. When i try to print, my Open Office file CRASHES and a messagge appears with " cannot run the printer. Verify the printer configuration"

Please help me

 

I've already downloaded the latest driver and software from HP site

**Not an Open Office user**

It seems most people have found that either reinstalling the printer and/or resetting your Open Office user profile will most likely solve your issue.
