Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently moved and set up the printer with no issues. It is connected thru my Direct TV wifi. When printing, from about 2/3 down on the page the printing runs together and becomes very light.

Thank you. Problem is fixed.

However, I have to continually re-insert the black cartridge with each printing session or the black does not print. I have a new xl black cartridge that is matched for the 8710 printer. It shows as full however when i ran test page the other three colors printed but not the black. Does work when I remove and re-insert cartridge. Went back and signed up for on line replacenet ink with HP. Will live with re-inserting cartridge for now and hopefully on line ink cartridge will fix problem going forward.

Original problem is fixed per your excellant step by step instructions,

Thanks
