A4 printing is working fine. However it doesn't print custom page.  It did print the custom page before but not like the preview page , so I reinstalled the driver again and now it doesn't work at all. I have tried to change the paper size in printing property but couldn't find the custom option.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem please?

Hi,

What exact custom page are you trying to print?

Try following 'Create custom paper sizes in Windows > Create custom paper sizes from Devices and Printers' below to add a custom page from your print server properties:

Thank you for your reply.

The size is 18.4 cm x  13.3 cm.

I had printed on Richo laser printer and it worked fine. I don't understand why it doesn't work on my HP M26a.

I have tried to adjust the custom size of the printer properties but couldn't find the "custom" button like shown on the HP supports. What I did is click "Printer Properties" > "Paper/Quality" > "Advanced" > "Paper size" is the only option here for size with no customized option.

To note that I can print out A4 normally.

Also, I have tried to add custom size through Print Server Properties. Did see the option I want to print on the paper size, but couldn't print it out.
