HP M609X
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP M602dn that we currently print to using PCL codes and we have several fonts loaded onto internal storage that we added. We've done this for years either via compact flash or USB devices or just even loading to largest free space as soft fonts.

My issue is that we've got a M609X that we got being faster and having the extra high yield cartridge for lots more printing. I cannot get the printer to use the fonts we've loaded internally. We have used WebJet Admin to access the printer and install several fonts and pcl macro just like the rest. I can see the fonts and even printing the PCL font list shows they are resident, but when accessing the fonts via their escape sequence I don't get anything. I can load the same fonts onto the old printer and not have issue and I can print the existing resident fonts that came preinstalled. I don't know what I am doing wrong with this new model.

Has anyone else had a similar issue where fonts they loaded would not print when supplying the appropriate escape sequences?
