Cant print. Looking for Printer. Tried resetting. two computers share the network, neither can print

Message in printer window: "looking for printer". I am in OS 10.13.6

What are your printer network settings set for? DHCP, Manual? Have made any changes with your network like a new router or modem or internet service provider? What is your printer's IP address?

HP LaserJet1102w. No new software added. Just OS upgrades over time.  Printer was working a couple of days ago. DHCP is set automatically.

OK. So now, go start the install of the printer again, but instead of the computer searching for it, specify that IP address you gave 10.0.1.3 instead. That way you should be able to install it more easily.
