Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw doesn't print from Windows 11. It can print when test page from the web interface but from notepad for instance is always failing with Printing Error'. These events are not even showing in the web interface log. What other logs to check?

What would be your suggestions?

 

I opened  Case Number Edited but after more than 2 weeks of incomplete and erroneous info from HP support it was abruptly closed as printer is out of warranty...Is there a way to escalate the issue? I did expect a more professional way of handling customer cases.  A feedback link was not provided either...
