How can i reset wifi setting and make it link to my new wifi network?

Printer's wifi light is not solid blue, is flashing.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Refer to page 50 of the user guide to know how to reset to factory settings.

 

To know how to connect the printer to the wireless network using the WPS method, kindly refer to this document.
