Clearing HP Scan memory printer Model CM1415FNW

Hi

This is Jigar here, I have laser jet printer HP CM1415FNW. While I scan using my iphone via HP smart APP I keep on receiving messages that dont have enough memory. I restarted printer many times. Although it does resolve issue one time and next time again same issue. Is there any help you can provide me? My email is [Personal Information Removed]

If you are using this as a fax machine as well then likely the memory is used up storing faxes. You need to find the option in the control panel of the printer to clear fax memory.

Thanks for your reply, No, I am not taking about fax. Fax memory is also cleared. My problem for memory issue is only while using smart app on Mobile for scanning documents. It shows no enough memory. I have already cleared fax memory. Restarted printer plug out wires waited for some time and than plug in.

If i scan documents using my computer I dont face any issue.
