Color Laser Jet MFP Pro M477FDN
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Color Laser Jet MFP Pro M477FDN that is printing the same markings on the left side of each page.  I changed the back cartrige and ran a "Cleaning Page" under the Service Menu.  Do I have a bad fuser?  If so, it's not worth replacing.  The fusers are running about $270.00 and a new printer is running $370.00 .  IMG_4451.JPGIMG_4450.JPG

If it is a bad fuser it will affect all four colors but if it is a bad black toner it will affect black color only.

Print out a color page to see if it acts on all four colors.

If it is fuser after your checking you can try to figure out that if it has something stuck on the fuser if it's that way you can try to get to it and clean it up.

It happens on all colors and there is scaring on the paper at each mark.  I believe it's the fuser.  Thanks for the help.
