I have the Color LaserJet Pro 200 M251nw. I purchased a replacement
HP RM1-4445-000CN Secondary Transfer Roller.
How do I replace the transfer roller? I don't want to break anything but It seems
difficult to replace.

I can see them, they must be ok. Try logging in again and refesh the page. If that fails, maybe needs approval from an admin of the site because it contains images.
Either way, it is pretty simple process. All you have to do is:
Release the retainer clip (this is the white plastic at the left side of the roller, it's like a lever, you just pull it out a little bit and the rotate it ) and then rotate it clockwise until the pin on the clip aligns with the slot in the mounting bracket.
You do the same to the right side of the shaft.
