59.C0 error code how to solve? 

 

turn off and on the printer still cannot . problem arise after change ink cartridge.

Are you using non-genuine toner now?

Non-genuine toners can cause damage to printer mechanics resulting in 59.C0 error on the printer screen.

Remove all toners, turn unit off and wait five minutes, then turn on . If printer comes to ready and prompts for cartridges, install one at a time closing the door each times and inserting the next one when prompted. This may show you which cartridge is bad as the error should reoccur when you install the problem cartridge. If the error appears when you have no cartridges installed then you likely have a non-cartridge related error, or the print mechanism is damaged.
