I have a tray 1 paper jam, I can see the paper but am unable to reach it, neither from tray 2 nor toner area nor back door.

I did get it by removing Tray 2 then pulling out the tray 1 access.

Often tough to reach bits of paper can be removed by using a stiffer piece of paper like and index card to push the paper through in the normal direction of travel.
