HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477 series
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I'm using a new Color LaserJet MFP M477 printer. This week the prints has red stripe on each page.... See Photo

Toner is still the original.  (Only 662 pages color pages printed).

Printed the ClearingPage but without results.

Any idea how I can solve this?

All toners are above 40% or higher.Red Stripes on page.JPG

Replace the Magenta Toner cartridge.

You may have a warranty on the cartridge since it has not reached a Low Life status.

If my post resolves your issue please click the accepted as solution button under it.

I have exactly the same problem. Recurring red stripes on every print.

Also verified the toners, printed a cleaning page... but no result.

Did you manage to solve this issue?

Thanks

"Verified toners"  What does that mean. You checked and the printer says they are oK? Please people the only way to verify a toner as being good is to either replace it or put it in another machine to see if the same thing happens. New toners out of the box can be defective so toner levels mean nothing. When you have a color printer and have a defect in only one color it has to be that toner cartridge or in rare cases calibration of that color where everywhere there will be a shadow of that color next to lines, letters, etc.

Got in touch with HP Support. They send a new Magenta toner and apparently this fixed the issue.
