My new laser printer works great printing black. However, any color text or image a "shadow".  It looks like it should be viewed with 3D glasses. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THX!

Not sure on your printer but most hp printers have a reports or information menu and under it will be a menu map that gives all commands you can perform from the control panel on the printer. If not there then go to hp.com and download the user's manual for your printer and look up calibration for instrctions on how to do. On most printers it is located under the print quality menu which your printer may or may not have.

Run a menu map and look for the item color calibration. Find it and run it 3 times and see if there is a difference.

Thanks! What's a menu map?
