Hello HP Support,

I need assistance with an HP Colour LaserJet Managed MFP E78223.  

I require help with:

  • Resetting the service code.

  • Resetting the administrator password, as it is no longer available.

Please advise on the correct procedure or the information you need from me to verify ownership and complete these resets. I can provide the printer's serial number, product number, and any other required details.
