I have a wired connection to the Laser Jet Pro MFP M-130nw with my MacBook Air. When I want to print something, I get the page or label up on my computer then I walk my computer to the other side of the house, plug wire from printer into computer and print with no issues up till now. The ink cartridge was very low and that's when the problem started: Computer popup states: Looking for printer. Computer couldn't find printer despite that the computer was connected to the printer. I just popped in a new ink cartridge and still the same problem. I restarted my computer and disconnected printer and turned printer off. Could Nord VPN be the problem? It hasn't been a problem in the past. Most all problem solving steps think that the printer has to be connected with the ethernet but it doesn't. Please assist as HP support offers no help for this printer which I don't appreciate. They just want me to buy a new one. Please share clear, exact steps to solve this issue.

Hello
When the printer is ready, press the Menu button on the printer control panel, select Network > Network Configuration, then print the Network Configuration page by pressing OK.
Please check the printer's IP address on the printed Network Configuration page. Then open a browser on your computer, enter the printer's IP address in the address bar, and press Enter to confirm whether the computer can access the printer's web page.
Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you.

My Computer's IP address is 185.172.52.63 it's a Nord address from my son's Nord account.

I don't see a Menu button on my HP printer. Is it an icon? What does it look like? Please assist with clear directions.

The printer ip address won't be the same as the computer because the computer has a Nord VPN address. Can we get to the exact steps to fix this? As I have things to print asap.

I'M NOT GETTING ANY HELP WHICH IS DISAPPOINTING. CAN SOMEONE ELSE ASSIST? SHOULD I JUST START ALL OVER AGAIN?
