I made some changes to my computer, tidying it up, deleting some files. After this my printer would not work. I get the error message "We couldn't reach this printer. Make sure the printer is on and you are connected to the printer's network or try a different printer." I did all the troubleshooting. I reinstalled Windows 10 (reset) 3 times and the printer worked OK for a couple of days after each reset and then I got the above error message again. The printer works fine with my laptop. Can you help?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Deskjet 4630 Printer. I understand that you are getting printer connection issue and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
Restart the computer, printer, and router.
Check the network and printer connection status.
Manually connect the printer to your network.
Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
Temporarily disable firewall software on the computer.
Uninstall the HP driver and software.
-
If your printer connects to the computer with a USB cable, disconnect the cable from the printer.
-
Search Windows for programs and features, then click Programs and Features in the list of results.
-
In the list of installed programs, click your HP printer name, then click Uninstall or Yes.
-
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the software removal.
-
Restart the computer.
Reinstall the HP software.
-
Turn on the printer.
-
If your printer is connected to the computer with a USB cable, disconnect the cable from the printer.
-
If prompted, select a method to identify your printer model, and then follow the on-screen instructions to go to the download page.
-
Click Download next to the full feature driver (recommended), or click Basic Drivers for other driver options.
Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.
Let me know if that helps.
Cheers.
