Hi @gigislaps,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your HP printer to WiFi, you can follow these general steps, but note that specific instructions might vary slightly depending on your printer model. I would request you to please follow the steps:

Restore Wi‑Fi Setup Mode

  • On printers with a touchscreen:
  • Go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings.
  • On button‑only models:
  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together until the wireless light blinks. This puts the printer back into Wi‑Fi setup mode.

Steps to Connect.

  • Enable WiFi on Your Printer.
  • Press the WiFi button on your printer to turn it on.
  • Ensure that the WiFi light on the printer is blinking blue, indicating it is in setup mode. If the Wi-Fi light does not blink, you may need to restore the printer's network settings.

Connect the Printer to a Wireless Network.

  • Using the Printer's Control Panel
  • Access the wireless settings via the printer’s control panel.
  • Tap Settings > Wireless Settings, and then enter your WIFI network name (SSID) and password if prompted.

Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS).

  • Ensure your router supports WPS. On the printer’s control panel, tap Settings > Wireless Setups > Wi-Fi Protected Setup, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues.

  • Move the printer closer to the router if the connection is weak.
  • Ensure no Ethernet cable is connected to the printer, as this disables wireless capabilities.
  • Reset the printer network settings and redo the setup if problems persist.

Take care and have an amazing day!
