Connect to Wireless Network

After installing new wireless router (Optimum) on my home network, i cannot connect the HP printer to the network using the WPS push button or PIN methods.  I reset printer to factory settings (i.e. disc power while on, press and hold Cancel+Power+Plug back in for 30 seconds).  The printer worked fine before new router for all devices on network.  I feel like I've exhausted all resources for help.
