Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After factory reset the printer ping test printer and entering EWS ok. But after set static IP address via web browser, I can't connect by new IP4 address or hostname of the printer. My trying to identify printer were failed and "printer were unable to detect printers on the network" or "Setup was unable to detect any printers on the network" message I got. Also when I test ping to the printer's IP4  address (192.168.1.8) "request timed out".

(hostname: NPI41B3C6        new IP: 192.168.1.8           Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0           Gateway:192.168.1.8)

Please help me to to fix the problem.

Hi

I would expect the Gateway to be different.

However you do not give the IP address you are pinging from.
