HP Laserjet P2055dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One of our previous employees purchased this non-wireless HP Laserjet P2055dn, problem is we are a very small company without any sort of network, just individual laptops connecting directly to each wireless printer.  What do I need to add to turn this printer into a wireless printer that we can all connect to?

Without any type of network Infrastructure you will not be able to connect.  There is no Wireless Direct module that you can add that I know of.

You will need a router to connect your printer.

So what type of router do I need and would I just connect this to our printer and wireless router?

Pretty much just a wireless router that has Ethernet connections.  Assigning a SSID and password are optional since it will be hardwired.  Don't need any Internet connection, but that's up to you.  There is a little more involved but that is the basics.

So connect the wireless router to the printer and our laptops can connect to this router and control the printer?

Pretty much.  However my advice is to seek out an IT source and bring your company up to date.  I don't do that anymore.
