I just put the printer below the ceiling fan. THATS ALL!

still sometimes when i print more that 50-60 prints in <5 minutes. Printer goes to Cool Down mode and i have to increase the FAN speed and turn the printer OFF till 30minutes than again it works fine.

Overall, I recommend this product to SMEs but not Large Enterprises.

Thanks

I just bought this printer. The firmware update helped (it was printing just 2 pages at a time), but it's not good enough.  I've done everything I can, but I think it's just poorly designed for heat dissipation. We'd been using an M1212nf (black and white) for several years and it was able to keep up to demand.

Does anyone know what capacity the M177nf should be able to handle? I think I will just have to return it.

I ended up returning the printer and getting a B&W that could handle heavier use.

Don't waste your time to solve. It can't solve except put it to the trash and buy a new one.
