Printer prints but the output comes out totally covered with solid black background for about 10 copies. The 11th copy and the rest come out normal without any issues.

Getting a total black copy means the drum is not being charged properly.The machine might be contaminated with toner spills or the drum unit is faulty.Hope this will help.

If contaminated with toner spills can simple blowing help?

Blowing it out will make a difference but can maybe cause the laser unit to get dirty.I use a paint brush and remove as much toner from the machine as possible and then use a cloth to clean the rest of the machine.Hope this will help.
