Greetings @Ahmedeqbal,
Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are looking to know the procedure to make a copy of both sides of an identification card on a single sheet of paper.
Don't worry, I will be glad to help.
Are you facing any other issues on the printer?
Request you to refer page number 64 in the printer manual for assistance in making duplex copy.
Please click here for the printer manual.
Copy on both sides manually
1. Place the document face-down on the scanner glass with the upper-left corner of the page in the upperleft
corner of the glass. Close the scanner.
2. Press the Start Copy button to start copying.
3. Retrieve the printed page from the output bin, and place it with the printed-side facing down, top edge
first in the input tray.
4. Flip the original document on the scanner glass to copy the second side.
5. Press the Start Copy button to start copying.
6. Repeat this process until you have copied all of the pages.
Let me know if this helped.
