Currys Cashback Claim

Hi, I purchased a HP Envy 6234 from Currys on 26th January 2019. It was within the window for £30 cashback which finished on 31st Jan. I tried to log the cashback straight away but was told on the HP website that you had to wait 14 days. I have tried to log it again today but my printer isn't listed. I have until next week before the time period is finished. Many Thanks

For the cashback, complete the claim form on the website between 14-45 days from the date of your HP printer purchase date. Upon validation of your claim, receive your cashback via bank transfer within 5 working days
