Hi,
I was wondering if the HP Photosmart 5220 holds any memory such that I can remove before giving this printer away?
cheers,
Lum

You are welcome. If you had the printer connected to a network, you can select the
"Wrench" button | Wireless | Restore Network Defaults
Then select the
"Wrench" button | Tools | Restore Factory Defaults
For good measure you could do a Semi Full Reset. This is a stronger reset and, if successful, would reset the printer to factory defaults and clear the memory. If the printer was on a wireless network, it would be taken off and would need to be reconnected. If you want to give this a try, I can send the steps in a private message to your HP Forums in-box. I would need you to agree not to publish the steps. Let me know what you decide.

Hi Lumy,
Is there any chance that your printer is a Photosmart 5520 instead of a 5220 ?
There may be some steps you can take. I just need to make sure we are talking about the same printer.
