Device won't print using tray #2

The device recently underwent a firmware update. Afterwards, the only way that I can get the device to print is to load one sheet of paper at a time into tray 1. I can't get it to print from tray 2. I have a wireless connection. I get the error message "out of Paper in Tray 1." If I load a sheet into tray 1 it will print but I can't get it to print from tray 2.

Printer model? Check the paper size and type settings on the printer to make sure they match the paper size and type being selected in the print driver for the job.

Also try printing any reports from the control panel of the printer (if applicable) to see if this is a hardware issue or not.
