You can't disable those functions, simply don't use them. Why you bought multifunction printers in the first place ?

Note: Xerox is Copy function (similar to photocopy machines). I still remember from last century we called photocopy machines as Xerox even they came from Sharp, Canon, HP .... I know Xerox company is still around, not like many companies which produced type writers.

I believe Xerox and Fujifilm are in merging legal battle now.

I know we can disable Copy (Xerox) function (not Scan) on some printers. But I can't find the way to setup for your printers. Sorry.

At my workplace, anyone who wish to use printers MUST use security pass (specialized Visa card in my company) to logon to printer directly and at the end of the month our managers will see who doing what with our printers.

For example: I can send a print job to print and I can walk to any printer in our buildings (even cross town) and use my security pass to touch to that printer, it will print.

At the end of a month, my manager will know how many jobs (print, copy, scan) last month for each person. He may email ask me: did you print few books for your grand children ?

Regards.
