My HP laptop does not print documents on the M404 laser jet. The Blue light is solid on the printer. It printed fine two days ago. I turned off the router and modem, laptop and printer, and turned them on. The document is not going to the printer, and does not show in the printer queue. I also changed the cartridge. I also removed the printer and added it back on the Settings Printer list.

Similar issue for me with multiple users -but- specific to Word 365 printing -AND- only with a subset of pages. Prints find to other printers but nothing ever prints from the M4040. We can print the entire document fine - most but not all KB articles on the Microsoft side point to a driver issue but this is almost impossible to troubleshoot.
