My printer won’t pull the paper in evenly

If you want help you are going to have to provide some information. Model of printer, which tray, what type of media.

the left side roller won’t pull the paper in

The left side roller pulls paper in a little and then quits. I can’t imagine this being a difficult problem to solve.

It’s screeching and paper misaligned causing jam. Have unplugged, taken out cartridge was just working a few days ago
